Now your accounts can alert you when activity occurs in your account. eAlerts are a fast and convenient way to keep you up-to-date on your account activity. They notify you when selected transactions have taken place by sending an e-mail or text message to your registered e-mail account. Then, simply log in to Online Banking to view your detailed account activity. You can choose eAlerts based on deposits, withdrawals, balances, transaction amounts and more. This product is only available to online banking customers. If you would like to sign-up for online banking click on the Enroll button in the top right corner of the home page. To get started, log in to Online Banking and locate the Alerts message in the upper right hand corner.
- Click the Alerts button.
- Click on a product type in which you choose to receive eAlerts for (ex. checking, savings, loans).
- Click the "Setup New Alert" link to specify the type of alert you would like to receive. (Example: low balance, deposit or withdrawal)
- Enter your email address to receive emails or use the information below to receive a text message.
To receive your alerts on your phone in a text message format, type your ten digit phone number and the domain address for your phone carrier ( listed below) in the *E-mail Address field. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org.
